A carefully conceived suite of amenity spaces on two distinct floors is available for use by residents and their guests. Opening onto the Public Square and Gardens, a private lobby is staffed by a full-time concierge and doorman. The fitness center is outfitted with state-of-the-art equipment for the exclusive use of residents. Additional amenities include a lounge and bar overlooking Vessel, a lounge with billiards tables, a golf simulator lounge, a private dining room for sixteen, a library, a screening room, a children’s playroom, a board room, and private office and the 24th floor features a Grand Terrace and Grand Dining Room which seats more than fifty guests. Residents are also afforded access to in-room dining and spa services provided by Equinox Hotels.
Tapestry by Helena Hernmarck
Swedish tapestry artist, Helena Hernmarck, best known for monumental works designed for architectural settings, has created Flowers for the lobby and elevator vestibule of 35 Hudson Yards. Helena has produced large-scale tapestries for corporate settings since the late 1960s, working with architects such as Philip Johnson, I.M. Pei and Partners, and others.
